My teaching Approach
To establish an open and supportive atmosphere where dancers are challenged to find themselves within their expression of movement. It is important that each individual delves deep into their thoughts to enable the connection between their mind, body and emotions. My class focuses on the therapeutic element that dance allows while providing oneself to “feel good” in their challenge to explore their individual movement.
find your confidence.
My goal is to empower dancers to allow dance and movement to be a true means of expression and release. My priority lies in guiding young dancers to embrace their confidence and discover what makes them unique in their craft, unlocking their true potential and unleashing their superpower!
make it happen!
Once dancer’s begin to step into their confidence and clarify their goals, it’s time to make an action plan. Through this process, I help dancers make an action plan to take actionable steps in the industry, so they can have a personalized approach to their individual success.
